Return Policy

We take service very seriously and we go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If your item is defective, let us know and we will make it right. If something breaks, we want to fix it for you. That said, please be sure to refer to our return policy below so we are all on the same page.

Please note that all sale items and special orders are final sale.

All items are guaranteed for 90 days after which time repair costs may apply.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Unless defective or damaged, returns are eligible for store credit only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of in-store purchase or within 14 days of receipt of a shipped purchase. Please note that with the exception of damaged / defective products, customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs to returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection when returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase must also accompany your return.
